ماذا يقصد بالكفالة الكنيسية ؟
الكفالة الكنسية هي احدى انواع كفالة المراكز للراغبين في الاقامة_الدائمة_في_كندا و هي نوع من الاعمال الخيرية التى تقدمها المراكز الكندية للراغبين في بدء حياة جديدة .
شروط اللجوء الى كندا عن طريق الكفالة الكنسية :
قبل التقديم على الكفالة الكنسية يحب أن تعرف الشروط
من أهم الشروط الأساسية التي يجب توفرها في الراغب في اللجوء الى كندا عن طريق الكفالة الكنيسية أو #اللجوء_الكنسيي هو أن يكون هذا الشخص متواجد خارج بلده ..أما فيما يتعلق ببعض الشائعات بخصوص الكفالة الكنيسية في #كندا للعراقيين أو اليمنيين أو السوريين فهذا أمر غير صحيح لأن نظام الكفالة هذا لا يهتم للجنسية أو لدول بعينها بل يعم كل الجنسيات في العالم دون انحياز لبلد على آخر لكن قد يكون الحاصل على بطاقة الحماية من الأمم المتحدة ببعض الاهتمام لأنه يعتبر مهددا وهنالك كنائس لا تشترط وجود هذه البطاقه من دون تغيير الدين
ماهي المتطلبات الواجب توافرها لدى كل راغب في اللجوء الى كندا عن طريق الكفالة الكنيسية
من الشروط الأساسية كذلك
- على الشخص الراغب في الكفالة الكنيسية أن يتوفر على شخص مقيم في كندا أو ذو جنسية كندية لكي يكفله حيث يقوم هذا الأخير بطلب مباشر من الكنيسة لكفالة شخص ما خارج الدولة الكندية ثم بعد ذلك تطلب الكنيسة من هذا الشخص الكفيل بأن يقدم المتطلبات التالية :
- يودع في حساب الكنيسه مبلغا ماليا يقدر ب 12 الى 13 ألف دولار للشخص الواحد ككفالة مالية وتختلف هذه الكفالة المالية من كنيسة الى أخرى وعلى حسب عدد الاشخاص فالمتطلبات المالية مثلا في منطقة ” البرتا ” تختلف عن ” نوفا سكوشا “ "كيبيك"…لكن هذه الفروق المالية ليست كبيرة.
ويعتبر هذا المبلغ بمثابة راتب شهري ستخصصه الكنيسة للإنفاق على اللاجئ لمدة سنة لضمان معيشته اليومية كما يعتبر هذا الشرط المالي الذي تطلبه الكنيسة والذي وضعته دائرة الهجرة الكندية لكي لا يطلب اللاجئ أي مساعدات مالية من الحكومة الكندية طيلة مدة الكفالة حيث بعد سنة يستطيع اللاجئ تدبير نفسه لأنه يستطيع أن يجد عملا خلال هذه المدة .
وإن لم تتوفر له الأسباب بعد ذلك فيمكنه طلب المساعدات من الحكومة ولكن في الغالب يحصل اللاجئ على فرصة عمل ، لأن ذلك متوفر بكثرة في بلد متقدم ككندا .

ماهي نسبة قبول طلب اللجوء الى كندا عن طريق ” الكفالة الكنيسية ” ؟

اذا تمت تلبية الشروط والمتطلبات السابقة فإن فرصة قبول اللجوء كبيرة جدا غير أن المقابلة في السفارة الكندية تبقى هي الخطوة الأهم حيث أن هاته المقابلة تركز على الوضع الأمني في بلدك وعن الأسباب التي يجب أن تكون مقنعة التي جعلت تقرر الخروج من بلدك .
لكن على العموم ، فإن أغلبية من سلكوا هذا الطريق أي اللجوء الى كندا عن طريق الكفالة الكنيسية ، تم قبول طلبهم ،لتبقى هذه الطريقة هي الأفضل والاسرع كونها لا تتطلب أي تعقيدات مثل شرط اللغة التي تعتبر من العراقل التي يصطدم بها كل راغب في الهجرة أو العمل في كندا ، كما أنها لا تتطلب وقتا طويلا حيث أن أقصى مدة قد تصل الى ٨ شهور .
أمور يجب معرفتها عن الكفالة الكنيسية بكندا :
الكفالة الكنيسية لا تقتصر على المسيحيين ، فيمكن أيضا للمسلمين طلبها من دون تغيير دينهم ليس من الضروري أن يكون الكفيل من أفراد عائلتك ليست كل الكنائس تقبل الكفالة ، لكن هناك كنائس يجمعها تنسيق مع مكاتب الهجرة في كندا ، والشخص الذي يريد أن يكفلك يجب أن يكون له علاقه مباشره مع الكنيسه.
للتوضيح فقط:
الكفالة الكنيسية لا تفرض عليك تغيير دينك، لا تفرض عليك اعتناق المسيحية كما يضن البعض... الكنيسة فقط تقوم بضمانك امام وزارة الهجرة... انت حر في
ادا كان بلدك مصنف كبلد امن، لا يمكنك تقديم كفالة كنيسة.
